The “Lentille Terres-Rouges” is located between the city centre, the railway and the French border. This project will breathe new life into the former steel area, and turn it into a sustainable and modern neighbourhood – offering schools, local shops and services, flexible and innovative premises, and various types of housing. In order to preserve and enhance its industrial heritage, several original buildings will be renovated.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Arboria in Luxembourg is located in the centre of Differdange and is the first “main residential area” built by IKO. With more than 700 apartments – including the first Aurea residential tower – the Opkorn shopping centre, a kindergarten for 80 children, student apartments, and 1000 m2<\/sup> of offices, Arboria has all the right ingredients of a blue-mixed-use neighbourhood.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
