This unique community living concept with a family-oriented design will deliver six low-rise residential buildings in its first phase, comprising a total of 322 housing units. By the end of 2025, we will also open the first model apartments showcasing the standard features and furnishing options. We will continue with the installation of fa\u00e7ades and windows on the A1 building and proceed with interior work. By the end of the year, we will open model apartments where future residents can see the standard features and furnishing options,<\/em>&#8221; added M. Privrel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rakyta \u2013 a Masterplan from a Renowned Spanish Architecture Studio<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The masterplan for Rakyta was created by architects and urban planners from the award-winning Spanish studio Arenas Basabe Palacios in collaboration with Bratislava-based architectural firm MoroczTacovsky and Austrian landscape architects Yewo. Their design won an international competition against teams from 9 European countries. The centre of the Rakyta district will feature two interconnected squares with shops, a supermarket, caf\u00e9s, a school, and sports facilities.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project focuses on ecological solutions\u2014all residential buildings will have green roofs combined with photovoltaic panels for eco-friendly water heating. The buildings do not use gas as a heat source, bringing a substantial reduction in emissions.
