This year marks a significant milestone in our company’s history \u2013 Lucron celebrates the 20th anniversary of its establishment.<\/strong> Over the past two decades, we have evolved from a small, but ambitious developer into a leader in sustainable urban development in Slovakia<\/strong>. Throughout this journey, we have delivered successful projects such as Eden Park<\/a>, Mal\u00e9 Kras\u0148any<\/a><\/strong>, and Urban Residence<\/a><\/strong> in Bratislava, shaped modern urban districts such as Arboria<\/a> in Trnava<\/strong>, while continuing to focus on the quality of life for residents after construction completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This success would not have been possible without the trust and support of our colleagues, business partners, clients<\/strong>, and the leadership of our parent company IKO Real Estate<\/a><\/strong>, to who we extend our sincere gratitude for this shared journey. In collaboration with influencer and producer Yak.sha<\/strong>, we have created a video<\/strong> that chronicles our 20-year journey. This journey demonstrates that an innovative, thoughtful, and responsible approach with a clear vision can shape spaces where people live with quality and sustainability.
