An additional phase at Arboria<\/strong><\/a>, one of the most successful residential projects in Trnava, has begun. In partnership with Lucron and the Sandberg Capital<\/strong><\/a> investment group, 180 modern apartments will be added to this dynamically developing part of Trnava in the new Arboria Stromov\u00e1 phase. Construction work began in May 2025 and completion is scheduled for autumn 2027. There has been strong interest in the project and pre-sales already exceed 40% of the apartments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The partnership with Sandberg is an emerging collaboration for us, via which we can accelerate the project’s realization. This allows us to actively contribute not only to improving housing availability in Trnava, but also to further develop the entire Arboria district as a carefully planned high-quality urban environment,”<\/em> said Luk\u00e1\u0161 Dlugo\u0161, Lucron\u2019s CFO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new Arboria Stromov\u00e1 phase will include a diverse range of apartments from 1- to 4-bedroom units, in a unique location near the city park with high quality civic amenities. The project combines the advantages of urban life with the tranquillity of a natural environment and offers modern residential units complemented by community spaces, greenery, and playgrounds that foster neighbourly relationships and healthy urban living.<\/p>\n\n\n

Arboria has ranked among the most successful residential developments in Trnava for 14 years<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Arboria is a project with an exceptional growth history. Since 2011, we have sold 1,500 apartments and created a home for approximately 3,500 satisfied residents. The project is characterized by thoughtful urbanism and high-quality architecture that creates a genuine community, rather than anonymous neighbourhoods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arboria offers its residents an exceptional amount of greenery \u2013 a total of 35,000 m\u00b2 of parks and green spaces, including 5,000 m\u00b2 of green roofs on seven residential buildings. The project includes 9 children’s playgrounds, a large Relax Park with a multifunctional playground, and 2,500 m\u00b2 of commercial premises. New services were added last year, including a carpentry workshop, a centre for children and parents, and one of the largest dental clinics in the region. Negotiations are also currently underway to establish a doctor\u2019s surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n
