Following the successful completion and final approval of the first phase, the opening of new streets, and the gradual activation of the retail district, Vydrica is now entering the next stage of its development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cVydrica is a long-term project for us and one of the most significant investments in our portfolio. By assuming full ownership, we are reaffirming our long-term commitment to both this location and the city of Bratislava. At the same time, I would like to sincerely thank our former partners for their constructive collaboration, which has helped bring the project to where it is today. This next phase will build on the established urban planning concept of the first phase of Vydrica, expanding the residential offering while maintaining a strong emphasis on high-quality architecture, attractive public spaces and advanced technological standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, work continues on other parts of the development, including the completion of the <strong>V4 residential building<\/strong> and preparations for the revitalisation of the historic <strong>Water Tower<\/strong> site.
