The Rakyta residential project in Devínska Nová Ves, Bratislava, is entering its next phase. We have officially launched apartment sales in Building A3, which is part of the project’s first stage. This launch follows visible construction progress and growing interest in living in this new urban district.
A new building on sale as a natural step within the first phase
Building A3 expands the housing offering within the first phase of the Rakyta project, which will deliver low-rise residential buildings with a strong focus on community living, quality architecture, and proximity to greenery. In total, it will offer 82 apartments ranging from one- to four-room layouts—from compact city units to more spacious family homes. The offer also includes 18 apartments with elevated front gardens, combining the comfort of apartment living with the benefits of private outdoor space.
Apartments in A3 are designed with an emphasis on functional layouts, a high standard of living, and a natural connection to the outdoors—through terraces, balconies, or front gardens. The launch of sales in this building builds on the project’s progress to date and responds to demand for housing in a location with good accessibility and close proximity to nature.

Construction progress confirms the project’s tangible form
Construction of the first phase of the Rakyta project is progressing according to schedule. The first and second residential buildings have already reached their full height, and work continues on-site. The underground garages are completed, and work is currently underway on shared interior spaces, including corridors, installation of carpets, mirrors, and interior furnishings. At the same time, curbs for roads and sidewalks are being installed, along with landscaping — 178 mature trees will be planted as part of the first phase, shaping the character of the new neighborhood.
“From the very beginning, we have been building Rakyta as a long-term urban district, not as an isolated residential complex. This is reflected in both the pace and the approach to construction, where we emphasize quality, trusted partners, and meticulous control of every detail,” says Matej Privrel, Development Manager at Lucron.

Strong sales launch and new ways of presenting the project
The launch of sales for Building A3 has been met with strong client interest. Even in the initial phase, we are recording the first sales and reservations, confirming both the project’s attractiveness and its appeal to a broad range of target groups.
“Right after launching sales for Building A3, clients started reaching out, and we’re already seeing our first sales. It’s a clear signal for us that Rakyta resonates with people looking for high-quality living with a well-thought-out concept and long-term value,” says Tomáš Tuchyňa, Head of Sales at Lucron.
At the same time, we are expanding how we present the project to the public. In the near future, we plan to launch a new 3D navigator, enabling virtual tours of the entire neighborhood as well as selected apartments. This will also include furnished units that users will be able to walk through virtually, helping them better imagine their future home.
