Rain gardens in the Arboria, Malé Krasňany, and Urban Residence projects will also be designed in the Nesto and Rakyta projects.

In cities and their centres, the proportion of greenery ranges from 0 to 30 %. Our projects have an average of 33 % green space.

• We planted more than 600 trees and 1,642 shrubs before the Nesto project was built
• We currently have 3300 m2 of green roofs in the Arboria project, and they will be part of our other projects.

We perceive CO2 emissions from the daily operation of our company – especially from our projects – as one of the main indicators of our impact on the environment. Our goal is to introduce energy monitoring for all future buildings and their regular evaluation, with the subsequent application of suitable alternatives in projects.

We build and connect bike paths in our projects.

With the Nesto project, we modified the road on Kopčianská Street through the construction of an extension of the cycle route and the connection to the cycle path in the nearby Austrian town of Kittsee.

We bought 50 electric bicycles for the inhabitants of the Arboria project, and then provided them to the city of Trnava free of charge.

In Urban Residence we have completed a city bike path, bike-sharing point, a bicycle service point, and electric car chargers. And we are far from finished.
