This year marks a significant milestone in our company’s history – Lucron celebrates the 20th anniversary of its establishment. Over the past two decades, we have evolved from a small, but ambitious developer into a leader in sustainable urban development in Slovakia. Throughout this journey, we have delivered successful projects such as Eden Park, Malé Krasňany, and Urban Residence in Bratislava, shaped modern urban districts such as Arboria in Trnava, while continuing to focus on the quality of life for residents after construction completion.

This success would not have been possible without the trust and support of our colleagues, business partners, clients, and the leadership of our parent company IKO Real Estate, to who we extend our sincere gratitude for this shared journey.
