At Lucron, we believe that strong communities are the foundation of high-quality living. That’s why we joined the Our City (“Naše Mesto”) event – Slovakia’s largest corporate volunteering initiative, organized annually by the Pontis Foundation. This initiative connects companies, their employees, and local communities to improve the environment we share.

Working Together to Improve the Environment for Children

This year, our Lucron colleagues revitalized a kindergarten on Šancová Street in Bratislava. With full commitment and great spirit, we accomplished the following during the day:

• thoroughly cleaned the entire school premises,
• painted exterior benches and fences,
• trimmed and maintained hedges and trees,
• improved the outdoor environment where children spend their time.

United by Our Desire to Help

This year, over 7,700 volunteers from 188 companies participated in the Our City initiative, helping with 233 projects across 53 Slovak cities and towns. At Lucron, we are proud to have been part of this wave of positive energy.

People Are Our Strength

Thanks to colleagues from various teams who enthusiastically joined this challenge, we demonstrated that volunteering is not just about helping – it’s also about collaboration, sharing common values, and building a culture based on humanity. We want to thank every colleague who participated with their time, energy, and dedication.
