The very first Open Day in Rakyta, held on Saturday 27 September 2025, confirmed the growing interest in modern living in one of Bratislava’s most popular districts. The event also demonstrated that Rakyta has the potential to become a true community neighbourhood — a place where neighbours meet, stay active, and spend quality time together.
A Glimpse into New Homes and Expert Advice
The main attraction was the opportunity to visit Residential Building A1, the first completed building in the developing Rakyta project. Visitors showed strong interest in both the fully furnished show flats and standard apartments — including a four-room apartment with a private front garden of 48 m².
The Open Day was not just about showcasing life in Rakyta. It also aimed to provide practical solutions for financing and furnishing new homes. Throughout the day, visitors could take advantage of free consultations with our partners — the interior design studio INTTERIO and financial advisors from BROKER SERVICE GROUP Slovakia.

Lucron Supports Sports and Community Building
At Lucron, we are committed to supporting community and neighbourhood initiatives across our residential projects — such as Nesto in Bratislava’s Petržalka and Arboria in Trnava.
We believe that an active community brings life to a neighbourhood and creates a pleasant environment for all residents. That’s why, during the Open Day in Rakyta, we also hosted the first edition of the community run “Rakyta Run” for both adults and children. The event proved to be a great way for potential neighbours to meet while enjoying some healthy activity.
Rakyta: More Than New Buildings — a Modern Urban Neighbourhood
Rakyta represents affordable living for young families, complete with full civic amenities, community support, and a focus on sustainable mobility. The residential buildings will gradually develop into a fully-fledged neighbourhood naturally connected to Devínska Nová Ves — making it an ideal place for active people and families who value nature and community.
The first phase alone will deliver six low-rise residential buildings on a 28,000 m² plot, offering one- to four-room apartments with smart layouts and a high standard of living.
