The “Lentille Terres-Rouges” is located between the city centre, the railway and the French border. This project will breathe new life into the former steel area, and turn it into a sustainable and modern neighbourhood – offering schools, local shops and services, flexible and innovative premises, and various types of housing. In order to preserve and enhance its industrial heritage, several original buildings will be renovated.
Arboria Differange

Arboria in Luxembourg is located in the centre of Differdange and is the first “main residential area” built by IKO. With more than 700 apartments – including the first Aurea residential tower – the Opkorn shopping centre, a kindergarten for 80 children, student apartments, and 1000 m2 of offices, Arboria has all the right ingredients of a blue-mixed-use neighbourhood.
Chaplin’s World

Charlie Chaplin’s refurbished house serves as a museum covering 4500 m2 with a beautiful 8-hectare park, and is visited by more than 300 000 visitors each year. Chaplin’s World is located on the shores of Lake Geneva in the wine-growing village of Corsier-sur-Vevey in Switzerland.
