Construction of the Nesto project is progressing as planned and the first apartments will be handed over to their owners in the summer of 2024. In the meantime, you can experience the atmosphere of Nesto today, by watching our virtual video tour of how the neighbourhood will look when finished.

Every corner of Nesto, the Green Promenade and the brand-new square will be connected to create a harmonious space for sport, relaxation, and community gatherings.

The square will become a mirror of the Nesto community – a place of laughter, relaxation, culture, creativity, and freedom. Nesto residents and visitors will be able to enjoy the fountain, wooden seating “islands” and a variety of events. The architect and general designer of the buildings shown in the video is the SIEBERT+TALAŠ studio. In the previous phases of the project, Vallo Sadovsky Architects, Šujan Stassel Architects and Compass Architects also participated in creating the design.
